1. Shipping Coverage
10 Shades offers shipping services across India. At present, international shipping is not available unless specifically agreed upon for bulk or special orders.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at the time of checkout. From time to time, 10 Shades may offer free shipping promotions, which will be communicated on the website or product pages. Any such offers are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within one to three (1–3) working days after order confirmation. In certain cases, including high order volumes, stock availability, customization, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch timelines may extend up to fifteen (15) to thirty (30) days. Customers will be informed where such delays are reasonably anticipated.
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and courier partner. Once dispatched, orders typically take five (5) to eight (8) working days to reach the delivery address. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond the control of 10 Shades.
5. Courier Partners
10 Shades ships orders using reputed courier and logistics partners, including but not limited to DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, or other suitable service providers. Courier partner selection is at the discretion of 10 Shades.
6. Order Tracking
Once an order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable. Customers are advised to monitor shipment progress using the provided tracking information.
7. Delivery Responsibility
Upon handing over the shipment to the courier service, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier partner. 10 Shades is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, regulatory restrictions, incorrect address details, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order. 10 Shades shall not be responsible for non-delivery, delayed delivery, or additional charges arising due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
9. Delivery Attempts and Re-shipment
Courier partners typically attempt delivery multiple times before returning the shipment to the origin. If a shipment is returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal by the recipient, or incorrect address details, re-shipment may be arranged at the customer’s expense.
10. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If a package is received in a visibly damaged condition, customers are advised to notify customer support within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. While 10 Shades will assist in raising concerns with the courier partner, resolution depends on courier verification and policies.
11. Bulk and Special Orders
Shipping terms for bulk, institutional, or special orders may differ from standard orders and will be communicated separately at the time of order confirmation.
